-The Vision-The idea for WHPM first took shape following Daniel and Tanisha's acquisition of their first family home in 2015. Soon after securing their home, Tanisha was admitted to a Graduate Nursing program, prompting a reassessment of their lifestyle to optimize the property as an income-generating asset. It was crucial for the incoming leasing family to comprehend the sentimental value attached to the property as it marked Daniel and Tanisha's first-ever home purchase. The pride of ownership was evident in the meticulous preparation of the property for renting, emphasizing the importance of ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the new residents upon their move-in.
Drawing on his extensive experience in managing numerous accounts for successful real estate players, Daniel seamlessly integrated his business acumen with Tanisha's passion for entrepreneurship, culminating in the decision to launch Welcome Home Property Management L.A. Inc. The mission is clear: to convey to our clients that we are dedicated to creating an environment where their residents feel truly welcomed home.

Our CEO, Daniel, a board member of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), is a licensed Real Estate Broker with 17 years of experience in sales, customer service, and financial operations. Holding an MBA from California State University, Long Beach and property management training from the California Association of Realtors, his objective is to merge his passion for real estate with extensive managerial expertise to ensure the enduring success of property owners' investments.

As WHPM's founder and primary visionary, Tanisha provides strategic leadership while maintaining hands-on oversight of the firm's property management operations, ensuring both big-picture direction and operational excellence.
